Our clothing is produced through print-on-demand, meaning each item is custom-made after you order. This approach reduces waste and keeps our apparel exclusive.

Print-on-demand means that each Bi!rdy item, such as our clothing and caps, is specially made just for you when you place your order. These products are not held in stock, but instead, they're produced individually and shipped separately from our production partner. You’ll find a note on each product page indicating if it's a print-on-demand item.

Please note that because of this personalized production process, delivery may take slightly longer, but you're getting a unique, high-quality product made just for you!

We ship across Switzerland. For in-stock items like accessories, delivery usually takes 3-4 business days. For print-on-demand clothing, please allow 6-9 business days for production and delivery. Orders over CHF 99 excluding Print-on-demand items qualify for free shipping, and each order comes with tracking for convenience.

We split the shipping fees to ensure faster and more efficient delivery based on the type of product you're ordering:

  • In-stock items: All products that are readily available are shipped directly from our warehouse to get them to you as quickly as possible (All smoking accessories).
  • Print-on-demand items: Our apparel and caps are created on-demand, meaning we only produce them after you place an order. Since we don't keep these items in stock, they are produced and shipped separately, directly from our production partner.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days for unused items in their original condition. However, due to the custom nature of print-on-demand clothing, returns are limited to defective items only. Contact us if you have any issues with your order, and we'll be happy to assist.

Since each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept exchanges or returns unless there is an issue with the product, such as a printing error or damage during shipping.

Customer satisfaction is our priority, so if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us via email. We will do our best to find a solution, where possible.

In rare cases, for certain products shipped from the European zone, you may incur customs fees. If this happens, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • A clear photo of the shipping labels on the package
  • A copy of the customs payment receipt

Once we receive this information, we will reimburse the customs fees directly to your account.
