At Biirdy, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your order. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping options and estimated delivery times:

In-Stock Products

For all items that are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (on business days, excluding holidays). Each shipment includes tracking and is packaged discreetly.

Delivery Time for In-Stock Products:

• Priority Mail (Courrier A): 2 to 3 business days within Switzerland

• Free Shipping: Orders over CHF 99.- for in-stock products qualify for free delivery.

Print-On-Demand Products

Our print-on-demand clothing and caps are custom-made to order, which requires additional production time before shipping. These products are clearly marked on their respective product pages.

Delivery Time for Print-On-Demand Products:

• Production and delivery take 6-9 business days.

Since print-on-demand products are made individually for you, they are shipped separately from in-stock items. The shipping costs for these items will be calculated separately during checkout.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs fees or duties based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping rates. If you incur any customs charges, please contact us with a photo of the shipping label and payment receipt, and we will refund those fees.
